I ordered from stjohnknits.com and overall the delivery was smooth. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and the package showed up when they said it would. The box was in good shape too, so no complaints there. It did feel like it took a little longer to actually ship out than I expected, but maybe I was just being impatient. Either way, nothing really went wrong and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I reached out for help and it took forever to get any kind of reply. it started to feel like my message got buried on purpose or sent into some secret customer service black hole. When they finally responded, it wasn’t very helpful, so the whole thing just left me frustrated...

I ordered a knit jacket from stjohnknits.com and yeah, the fabric is great. It’s soft without feeling flimsy, if that makes sense, like it still has some weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap. I was kind of worried it might be scratchy, but it’s not at all. Basically, it just feels comfortable and well made when I wear it

I was relieved that the color looked just like it did in the website photos, I ordered the navy knit and it wasn’t weirdly darker or brighter in person. Definitely makes online shopping less of a headache. 5 stars from me

I ordered my usual size from St. John Knits and thankfully it fit the way I was hoping. Not too tight and not loose or baggy. I did have to spend a little more time than I wanted comparing measurements and checking the size chart, which is always kind of annoying when shopping online, but at least this one was actually helpful. Overall, really happy with the fit

I had a easy time shopping on stjohnknits.com. The pages loaded fine, and I was able to find sizes and colors without clicking around too much. Checkout was simple too, with no weird steps or confusing forms, which I appreciated. The product photos were clear and helpful. That said, I was a little disappointed that some of the items I liked didn’t have my size or color available. Overall, the site itself was easy to use, but the shopping experience wasn’t quite as great as I hoped.

I just didn’t feel like it was worth the price. Maybe others will see the value in it, but for me personally, I’m picky about spending that much, and this didn’t quite justify the cost.
